Heartbreaker Blog Hop, My Birthday, and my new novel, Two Weeks in Miami

Are our heroes heartthrobs or heartbreakers? Or are they just the same thing? Yummy right? Valentine’s Day is just around the corner for this blog hop and we’re gearing up to see what exactly is a heartbreaker. Is the song playing in your head line mine? “Cuz he’s a heartbreaker!” We love those sexy men, but what about those times in the story when they aren’t perfect. Because come on, we know they aren’t perfect. What makes those men heartbreakers? What can those guys do to make it better? Is there a way to grovel? Come on! Tell me about your heartbreaker!!

Almost 300 bloggers have giveaways and posts about those men we love!

But that’s not all….

We have THREE grand prizes. You as a reader can go to EACH blog and comment with your email address and be entered to win. Yep, you can enter over 200 times!

Now what are those prizes?

1st Grand Prize: A Kindle Fire or Nook Tablet

2nd Grand Prize: A $100 Amazon or B&N Gift Card

3rd Grand Prize: A Swag Pack that contains paperbacks, ebooks, 50+ bookmarks, cover flats, magnets, pens, coffee cozies, and more!

I had a blog post on Two Week in Miami, but the publisher decided to hold off publication till a later holiday, and while it makes sense, I’m changing the blog for now.

So instead of what you read before, let me talk about Nathan Sommers. He’s rich and successful. He’s taking the business world by storm, and women throw themselves at him. He’s dated other women, though for all his life, he’s been in love with his best friend, Beth. Problems is that he denied his feelings, believing Beth never saw him as more than a friend.

Before the novella, everything changed at a friend’s wedding a year ago. Then the next day, he panicked and she moved on fast. He went on extended business trips, moved away, and he can’t shake his love for Beth. So on Valentine’s Day, he decides to take a huge chance on love. He’ll find Beth, force her to listen to him, then tell her until she believes him that he is in love with her.

Every review so far has asked for more, so I’ll announce it now that I will write a sequel for Beth and Nathan. His domineering mother, Loretta, kept them apart most of their lives. She’ll play a bigger role in the upcoming sequel. But meet them and fall in love with Beth and Nathan, on Valentine’s Days.

Two Weeks in Miami will be out soon enough, so I’m excited about it. I’m also writing a books about the other Parker men, so stay tuned.

I’ll give away one electronic kindle version of the novella.

And Happy Valentine’s Days my friends!

  1. Thanks for the giveaway and participating in the hop!
I think that Christian Grey from “50 Shades of Grey” is a good example of a heartbreaker. He used and abused Ana at first, but then came to his senses by book two.

  2. For me the heartbreaker is a bad boy who goes kicking and screaming into love! When he falls he falls hard!

The only heartbreakers I have encountered are literary! And my all time fav is Mr Darcy! Although, I am currently crushing on Zadist from the Black Dagger Brotherhood!

  3. I love reading about heartbreakers! They are usually bad-boys, they’re witty, funny and sexy and the female population is drooling after them lol

  4. My favorite heartbreaker is the one that your heart can’t live without. One of my best is Lucas from D B Reynolds book “Lucas” (Vampire in America series). Strong mind, well put together and tender when he needs to be.

  5. My favorite part of having a heart breaker is the world class groveling. Todd in Lauren Dane’s Laid Bare is my perfect example.

  6. My favorite kind of books are those that leave the reader wanting more, especially a sequel. Thanks for the chance to win and for taking part in the blog hop. sbereza22(at)gmail(dot)com
