The Magic Touch Giveaway Hop and Swag Bonanza

The real world is hard. It’s where we love people who don’t love us back, where the boss is on a mission and we’re running to escape the mess, and where no matter what we do or say nothing can change the health conditions of ones we love.

Today started out bad for me. Everyone was in a horrible mood and complaining about life or crying. Yet I was in a good mood, and while I can cry with people, sometimes, we go overboard too. Anyhow to escape this, I love books that take me to other worlds and have magic. Its why I am a huge Game of Thrones fan, though I’ve hate read more of those books than I loved it. Martin is good at making me hate a character before he kills them. But I have to know how Kalissi and Jon Snow and Arya fight on. I will torch my books if Jon is really dead. The Magic of Fantasy brings me to another world.

Where no matter the issues, everything can be solved in an hour. Oh wait, that’s Star Trek. A book might take more than an hour, but that journey is so much worse than my own.

When I received over a 100 rejections, I wrote a fantasy story to just get away from everything else. Mything You has brought me success in finding publishers of the future and selling more stories.

I love it. So if you want to win a ebook version of Mything you, tell me why you love fantasy. What does it do for you? And why are you a fan. Leave your email for chance to win a kindle, nook or smashwords edition of Mything You.

  1. Fantasy (typically YA) is my favorite genre! To be honest I love it because it is a way for me to escape from this world. Not that this world is terrible, but I just want away from it all sometimes. So I love the fantasy worlds where magic and myths run rampant. It usually makes me feel a lot better when I am down.

  3. I love fantasy, it takes to to places far far away where anything is possible. There is heartache and tears, joy and laughter, as well as wonders that make all around you disappear at least for the time you are visiting the world. Thank you for your generous participation in this magical hop, I am looking forward to more about Mything You 🙂

  4. Fantasy has always been an escape for me. I love the adventure and how easy it is to dive into the worlds. With fantasy you don’t have to think much you just go along for the ride.

  5. This is an awesome blog hop! I’m a big fan of supernatural books especially romantic ones. I love magic and I love that you never know what people’s abilities are going to be. It leaves so much more open to guessing because the world that the author builds all of a sudden does NOT follow our world’s rules. I love when people can listen to thoughts or move things with their minds. I also think being able to control other’s emotions would be a handy gift. Probably my favorite books involving people with magic are ‘Beautiful Creatures’ and ‘Poison Study.’ It must be hard to be responsible for such power. I love when Lena from ‘Beautiful Creatures’ is trying to harness all she has. It’s something akin to the awkwardness we all go through in middle school in which we are trying to figure out who we are.
Thanks for the giveaway and I’m gonna keep on hopping!
